Rules of the Cinema

Now I have my fair share of pet peeves, such as crumbs on work surfaces, people chewing loudly but the main one of all is when people don't follow the correct cinema protocol.
Now there is no written down rules for taking a trip to the cinema but I think there should be.
Rule One: Never be late, you must be in your seat before the adverts start.
Rule Two: Go to the toilet before the film starts, so your not having to lumber over people or stop people from being able to see the film.
Rule Three: No fidgeting
Rule Four: Try not to eat especially noisy sweets, it's aggravating.
Rule Five: Don't give a running commentary, and don't ask questions. Just Watch!
Rule Six: No kicking on people's seats because I will give you death stare.
Here are just a few rules everyone should abide by to make cinema trip worthwhile and so nothing spoils it.
