BK's Birthday

On Thursday was one of my best friends birthday's (Becca Kennedy.) Becca who is a mighty fan of dressing up made us all dress up but with a bit of a twist, we had to dress up as something that began with the same beginning  letter of our name. So for me I had to dress up as something that began with A, luckily Amarni also begins with an A -obviously- so we decided to pair up (the dream team) and do something together. In the run up to the party we had a lot of ideas floating around such as Aliens, Australians, Angry Birds these were the normal ones. The not so normal ones were Aubergine, Anteater, Apostle etc. After a long debate we finally thought of something, now wait for it... We decided to be Ambulances, now it's a little out of the ordinary but that's us for you completely insane. Our outfit was as follows a painted blue polystyrene siren hat, a steering wheel made from an old Toy Story plate, an sack or way oversized tee-shirt with ambulance written backwards on the from and green squares at the bottom. All in all I think we look pretty good! BK's friends from home came to celebrate her birthday, along with our friends from Sheffield and everyone had made so much effort it was so lovely. In our flat we had a Rubix cube, Jellyfish, an Artist, Jack and Jill, Black Swan, Tony the tiger, Bruno, a Guido, Superman, Simba, Hands, Grecians, Ice Hockey players, American football players, Robbers, School girls, Devil, Lady GaGa, a Kindle, Rambo, Snow White, Leopard and a Jigsaw (that took a while!) All in all we were a pretty inventive bunch.
