For once I have actually had a pretty jam packed week, none of it contained going to uni or doing any work apart from briefly copying a lecture slide or two. On Tuesday, Jen and Jess wanted to photograph me for their course so we visited Penistone (two stops away from Wombwell, it provided us with a lot of laughter, it goes to show how immature we are). It was so lovely to get out of Sheffield and just go somewhere different, although we did start to go a little crazy from the cold and lack of having any idea of where we were going. We walked solidly for 2 and a half 3 hours and our toes nearly fell off. So we decided to treat ourselves with a pub lunch, which was great. Tuesday night was Rebel Bingo, we pre-drank and we played some drinking games I promoted myself to 'Master of Cards' and got a little Hitlerish; power really does go to your head. Thursday Becca and I did some shopping and went to the pet shop, all I wanted to do was buy a little hamster. There was a guy in the shop who was really high and going insane over the birds, and we saw a little domestic spat in the street, which provided us with a fair bit of entertainment. We had to be involved in Robbie's project research which sounds a bit rubbish - like we were going to have to fill in a questionnaire or something but no! Not when you do graphic design it seems, we got to make cocktails and get a little drunk. Friday as I previously mentioned I went to see James Vincent McMorrow and Adam and Joe came round afterwards and we played the lying game. Saturday it was Gino's 21st Birthday, which was a really good night, celebrating him being an 'actual' adult. Then Sunday night is quiz night, we changed our team name a little we are now 'In first place' but we actually came joint third which is a little disheartening. Next week will be our week.
